Subject line: “DMCA Notice” or “DMCA Counter-Notice”

Your email must include:

Your full name, organization (if any), and contact info.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Exact URLs or Solnaras link IDs of the material you want removed/disabled.
A statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

Incomplete notices may be rejected. We may forward your notice (including contact details) to the Seller.

If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send:

Your full name and contact info.
Identification of the material removed and the URL(s) before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your address’s district (or where Solnaras is located if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name).

On a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files suit.

We promptly review notices and may temporarily disable access to the reported material.
We notify the Seller and provide a way to submit a counter-notice.
Repeat infringer policy: accounts with repeated valid notices may be suspended or terminated.
Knowingly false claims are subject to liability for damages and fees (17 U.S.C. §512(f)).
